At STALYON we want you to love your order. For this reason we do a quality check before any item is sent out to you. Handcrafted in the USA, every STALYON product is unique. STALYON leather goods are handcrafted and individually tanned. Original in every way the color of the leather patinas may differ from time to time due to the tanning process and the reaction to the leather. The more you use your STALYON leather goods the color patinas will only become richer in time.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly refund your purchase.

All Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Any and all items that have been used or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Inside your return package: Please provide a letter with the following information need to process your refund. A.) Customer ORDER No. B.) Reason for Return. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information. Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. STALYON does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition. STALYON will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
